Bear Babe Ruth
Bear Babe Ruth founded its Baseball/Softball league on the guiding principles of the Babe Ruth League, Inc.
With our home fields located at STATS Sports Complex in Bear, DE, we are a league that upholds a strict Code of Conduct by stressing the importance of sportsmanship, character, and ethical behavior with our Board of Directors, Managers, Coaches, Players, and Parents. Bear Babe Ruth will continue to support the community by welcoming new players and families into the league, thus providing the boys and girls of our community the opportunity to play baseball and softball. We will continue to raise the bar on the quality of the league and will strive to be considered the “Best Game in Town.”

Here's a message from the Super Senior Manager Joe Volk. "We won tonight 5-3 over CAL for the 2019 Delaware State Babe Ruth 16-18-year-old CHAMPIONS - BEAR BABE RUTH!!!! This was a total team effort through 15 games. Every player contributed to this excellent season. We started 0-4 and 1-5 and finished 9-6 and finally beat CAL in the finals. Thank you to everyone for your support. "
We like to send a big CONGRATULATIONS to our 10U and 12U All Star teams who won the Delaware State Championship for their respective divisions!
Both teams are headed to Cal Ripkin Regionals this week to represent the State of Delaware. The 12Us will begin games on July 18th at 12:00 p.m. in Mount Olive, NJ. The 10Us will start their games on July 19th at 1:30 p.m. in South Plainfield, NJ.
We would like to thank everyone who has come out to support our teams so far. Join us in wishing them safe travels and good luck next week. Play hard!

2024 BBR Skill Assessments Schedule for Minors and Majors Divisions:
When: Saturday, February 10
Where: Delaware Fury Indoor Complex - Commodore Macdonough School - SHOES ONLY PLEASE!
TIMES:
Minors - 2pm-4pm
Majors - 4:15pm - 6:15pm
Detailed information emails will be sent to players for those who registered in these divisions.
